From the moment our co-founders got together in 1996, they knew they shared a passion for improving underappreciated properties and helping communities be their best.

Combining their institutional and entrepreneurial experiences and interest in digging into the details of any situation has enabled them to persevere through even the most challenging projects.

Over the years, they have expanded to 1,000 apartment units, defaulted commercial mortgages, tax sale certificates and a portfolio of Sec 1031 assets, as well as 20,000 acres of land domestically and internationally through portfolio companies. The portfolio has grown to over $50 million of Assets Under Management.

Regardless of whether the properties are held for their own account, as almost all are, or managed for a third party, they receive long term solutions to sustain them for future generations.
