MULTI-FAMILY

Since founding SIG over 20 years ago, we have owned and operated approximately 1,000 multi-family units in New Jersey and New York.

We do not shy away from a challenge. We have undertaken gut renovations of older, highly dilapidated apartment buildings, self-performing largely with our own construction staff. Simultaneously we worked to improve the social conditions at the property. Not only did this increase the value of the properties, it also transformed these buildings into quality residences for the community.

Due to our skill with working with complex rule systems, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development has approved us to own and operate Project Based Section 8 properties, as well as other highly regulated properties. In this regulated environment, we have improved the quality of life in these properties, while also increasing their values.
